Real Estate opportunities within the Fund consists of real estate developments, value-added acquisitions, international properties, bridge equity, and hard money loans.
At Vivaris Capital, our investments in Growth Equity in general are majority equity stakes or, in certain circumstances, minority positions with negative controls. We invest in companies from late-stage venture firms, primarily in technology, to mature middle-market companies that are revenue-proven with EBITDA between $2 to $20 million and at an inflection point where the injection of new capital can fuel substantial additional revenue and profitability.
